2. Information We Collect

We only collect information that is necessary to provide our driving education services and respond to your inquiries.

Information you provide directly

When you complete a registration or contact form on our website, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Pickup address (for in-car lesson scheduling)
• Course or package of interest
• Number of additional driving hours requested (where applicable)
• Message or inquiry text

Information we do NOT collect

• Credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or any other payment card data
• Bank account details
• Government-issued ID numbers (driver's licence number, SIN, etc.)
• Passwords or authentication credentials

Automatically collected information

Our website does not use analytics tracking scripts, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking cookies. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be retained briefly by our web hosting provider for security purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information you submit is used solely for the following purposes:

• Contacting you to confirm your registration or course booking
• Scheduling in-car driving lessons and arranging pick-up logistics
• Answering questions and inquiries you have submitted
• Sending important administrative communications about your course (e.g., lesson changes, test reminders)

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing emails, profiling, or automated decision-making.

4. Payment Processing

What Stripe collects on our behalf

When you complete a payment through Stripe, Stripe collects your payment card details directly and provides us with a transaction confirmation (amount, date, and a masked card reference such as "Visa ending in 4242"). We never have access to the full card number.

Stripe's own privacy practices are governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

What we receive after a payment

• Confirmation that payment was successful
• The amount paid and the package purchased
• Your name and email address (as entered in the Stripe checkout) for booking confirmation

5. Form Submission Processing

Our contact and registration forms are powered by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form service that securely forwards submitted data to our email inbox. Web3Forms does not sell or share your data. Submitted form entries are delivered to our inbox and are not stored long-term on Web3Forms servers beyond what is necessary for delivery.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Registration and inquiry information forwarded to our email is retained in our inbox for as long as needed to complete and follow up on your course booking, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes (typically up to 2 years).

We do not operate a customer database or CRM system. Your information is not transferred to servers outside Canada except where necessary to deliver our email (standard email transmission).

7. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Information is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• Stripe — for processing online payments (see Section 4)
• Web3Forms — for delivering form submissions to our email (see Section 5)
• Legal requirement — if we are required to disclose information by law, court order, or government authority

8. Your Rights Under PIPEDA

Under PIPEDA, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Right to correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent for us to use your information for non-essential purposes at any time (note: withdrawal may affect our ability to provide the service you requested).

9. Cookies

Our website does not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or persistent session cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we do not deploy third-party tracking technology.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed at individuals aged 16 and older (the minimum age for a G1 licence in Ontario). If a student is under 18, a parent or guardian is encouraged to review this policy and may submit forms on the student's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without parental consent.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
